The future belongs to leaders who can balance business results with human connection. As organizations face increasing complexity, rapid change, and evolving workforce expectations, leadership success will depend less on authority and more on a leader's ability to understand people, foster trust, and create environments where teams can thrive.
In this engaging and interactive session, Mali Phonpadith explores the critical leadership competencies shaping the future of work, including emotional intelligence, self-awareness, psychological safety, adaptability, and inclusive communication. Participants will discover how validated behavioral analytics can provide powerful insights into individual work styles, communication preferences, motivations, strengths, and potential blind spots. By understanding themselves and their team members more deeply, leaders can improve communication, strengthen relationships, reduce unnecessary conflict, and create greater alignment across teams.
Attendees will leave with practical strategies to build cohesive, collaborative, and innovative teams that are equipped to navigate uncertainty, solve complex challenges, and deliver sustainable results in an increasingly human-centered workplace.
Learning Objectives
• Identify the human-centered leadership competencies needed to build high-performing teams in today's workplace.
• Use validated behavioral insights to improve communication, coaching, and team effectiveness.
• Increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence to strengthen leadership and decision-making.
• Build psychologically safe cultures that foster trust, accountability, and belonging.
• Apply practical strategies to improve collaboration, spark innovation, and solve complex business challenges.
