• Police look for allegedly speeding motorcyclist who fled trooper on I-66 - Police look for allegedly speeding motorcyclist who fled trooper on I-66 (ffxnow.com) — A state trooper tried to stop a speeding motorcyclist in the I-66 Express Lanes near Monument Drive in the Fair Lakes area yesterday evening, but the rider fled and was later lost near Centreville. Police say the black sport bike rider drove on sidewalks, nearly hit several cars, and struck two vehicles before escaping, and they’re asking anyone with information to contact Virginia State Police.
