The plan emphasizes maintenance, vehicle replacement, and regional partnerships, aiming to expand flexible, on‑demand transit options that could make it easier for Eagle Mountain residents to connect with the wider transit network. 
• Former Salt Lake City business owner admits to laundering over $17M in drug proceeds (abc4.com) — An Eagle Mountain woman has admitted in federal court to helping launder more than $17 million in drug money through a Salt Lake City money service business. Prosecutors say she and co-conspirators moved cash from drug sales via deposits and wire transfers, and she now faces sentencing in December at the federal courthouse in downtown Salt Lake City.
• Utah mail ballot case becomes part of Trump DOJ push for stricter voting rules (wheninyourstate.com) — Eagle Mountain residents were among at least 300 people whose primary election ballots and other mail were allegedly dumped in a church dumpster by a substitute postal carrier, prompting an investigation by the Utah County Clerk. Their case is now being highlighted by the Trump Justice Department as it pushes for stricter federal rules on ballot mail tracking and design, which are being challenged in federal court.
