• Spartans battle through adversity in week 7 contest (etvnews.com) — Emery High's Spartans fought hard at home in Castle Dale but fell 26-14 to Enterprise after losing both senior quarterbacks and surrendering a key kickoff return late. Young QB Drake Stilson and receiver Kai Whitesel sparked the offense, while several defenders posted big nights. The team now prepares for a crucial region road game at South Sevier on Oct. 2.
