📰 News we're reading
• Residents in unincorporated Summit County to participate in new clean energy program (parkrecord.com) — Francis residents who get power from Rocky Mountain Power will be part of a new Summit County clean energy program that automatically adds about $4 a month to residential bills unless they opt out. The money will help fund large-scale renewable projects, with special protections so low-income households can participate at no extra cost and all customers get several months’ notice and a free opt-out window.
