• Logan residents honor 9/11 first responders with annual stair climb (upr.org) — Logan residents and Utah State University community members recently gathered at Maverik Stadium for a 9/11 memorial stair climb honoring the hundreds of first responders who died. • Chapter 3: Making the MIA, 1911–1930 (churchofjesuschrist.org) — A detailed church history chapter traces how early 20th‑century Latter‑day Saint youth programs blended recreation, contests, drama, and camping with spiritual teaching, including activities at Brigham Young College in Logan and camps run by the Cache and Logan stakes. For Logan readers, it offers rich context on how local institutions and leaders helped shape girls' camps, Bee‑Hive Girls, and Mutual activities that still influence youth programs today.
