• Utah parents admit to neglect and death of 18-month old baby (knewz.com) — A tragic child neglect case in Nibley has ended with both parents pleading guilty to child abuse homicide after their 18‑month‑old daughter was found dead in filthy, neglected conditions. Investigators say video evidence showed the toddler left in her crib almost constantly, with minimal contact and poor hygiene, leading to fatal dehydration and malnutrition. Sentencing is scheduled for September 11, with each parent facing up to 15 years per charge.
