A longtime Huntington resident with close family in Price and East Carbon, she was known for her creativity, devotion to loved ones, and support at local events. Funeral services and visitations are planned in Huntington later this week.

• Desert Thunder Raceway roars into new season with opening weekend action (etvnews.com) — Racing fans in Price just saw Desert Thunder Raceway fire up its 2026–27 season with two nights of dirt-track action and strong showings from local drivers across multiple IMCA divisions. Standout performances came from racers like Kade Dimick, Payce Herrera, and the Thomas family. The track will keep the momentum going when racing returns to Carbon County on May 1–2.
