• Notice of Public Meeting: South Village @ Black Desert Partial Plat Amendment – October 8, 2026 (santaclarautah.gov) — Santa Clara residents are invited to a Planning Commission public hearing on Thursday, October 8, 2026, about a proposed plat change in the South Village @ Black Desert subdivision. The owner wants to merge Lots 24 and 25 into one larger building lot, and neighbors can attend at City Hall to share support, questions, or concerns.
