• Two teenage boys reported missing out of South Salt Lake (abc4.com) — Police in South Salt Lake are searching for two teenage boys, 16-year-old Kolton Bouck and 17-year-old Weston Tyson, described in detail and last seen wearing distinctive clothing. Residents are urged to call 801-840-4000 with any sightings or information, and officials also remind families there’s no waiting period to report someone missing in Utah.
   

• FCC Report 9/6: Nine Licenses Cancelled This Week (radioinsight.com) — Listeners in South Salt Lake may notice a quieter dial after KSOP Inc. took the former “Classic Country 1370” KSOP station silent in June 2025 and has now turned in its FCC license. The federal report lists KSOP alongside several other stations nationwide whose broadcast licenses were recently cancelled or surrendered.
