• Off-duty officer injured breaking up domestic violence fight (ksl.com) — An off-duty officer was seriously injured while trying to break up a domestic fight at a West Jordan home after driving a woman there to collect belongings. Police say he was pushed down stairs, then punched, kicked, and stomped, leaving him with two fractured wrists, a rib injury, and a concussion; a 27-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of assaulting an officer.
