• Windham communities invest in SeVEDS through municipal funding (reformer.com) — Dover voters have approved municipal funding for the SeVEDS regional economic development initiative, joining many neighboring Windham County towns in backing a $3-per-resident contribution for 2027. That money helps support local business assistance, youth career education in area schools, and technical help for community projects, with BDCC using the pooled funds to attract additional state, federal, and private investment.
