• Re: Derby Barracks/Missing Person Attention Orleans/Rutland/Addison Counties (blogspot.com) — Residents in and around Irasburg may be relieved to know that 22-year-old Stefani Cruz, previously the subject of a Vermont State Police missing-person alert possibly tied to the Orleans (Irasburg) area, has now contacted family and is safe. State Police had asked for tips after she missed a scheduled flight back to North Carolina, but the case has since been resolved.
