• Royalton Barracks / Disturbing peace by use of telephone or other electronic communications (blogspot.com) — State police say a Newport man has been cited after allegedly making numerous lewd phone statements to someone in Sharon, with help from the Newport Police Department in the investigation. He’s scheduled to appear in Windsor County Superior Court in July to answer a charge of disturbing the peace by electronic communications.
