• BFA-St. Albans cross country races to success at U32 (samessenger.com) — Richford High's cross country runners turned in solid performances at the tough U32 Invitational, with both boys and girls squads appearing in the final team standings against many of Vermont's strongest programs. Local runners gained valuable experience on a championship-caliber course as BFA-St. Albans and other regional schools tested themselves ahead of the big Woods Trail Run in Thetford.
