VSP News Release // 26B4002586 // Transportation of Contraband into a Place of Detention (blogspot.com) — Rutland police investigators say a visitor allegedly brought tobacco and marijuana into Marble Valley Correctional Center for an incarcerated person, and they’re now seeking a warrant for the woman’s arrest. The inmate remains jailed on previous charges, with a new court appearance set in Rutland Criminal Court next month. Residents should expect further details in a future release.
