ā¢ Shelburne man pleads innocent to real estate scam (vermontdailychronicle.com) ā A Shelburne resident has pleaded not guilty in federal court to bank fraud charges tied to a mortgage and home equity line on a Maple Leaf Lane property in town. Prosecutors say false tax returns and misrepresented assets were used to secure loans and funds from another individual. The case, which could affect the propertyās future, is now before the chief federal judge in Burlington.
