• Pair faces charges after gas station burglaries in Waterbury, Northfield (waterburyroundabout.org) — Police say a gas station on Route 100 in Waterbury was burglarized early Friday, part of an alleged two-town spree that also hit Northfield. A Barre man and woman have pleaded not guilty to felony burglary charges after being stopped in a damaged pickup later that morning. Investigators cite surveillance video, scattered merchandise, and a bag of goods linking the pair to the scene.
