• Volunteers collect 1,300 syringes in HIV/HCV Resource Center cleanup (vnews.com) — Volunteers collected about 1,300 discarded syringes around downtown White River Junction, including near Veterans Park and Hartford Town Hall, during the HIV/HCV Resource Center's first community cleanup. Organizers plan to hold similar cleanups monthly and have posted QR codes around town so residents can safely report syringe waste and learn what to do if they're accidentally stuck by a needle.
