• Crashes in Winooski snarl morning, evening commutes on I-89 (wcax.com) — Two separate crashes in Winooski on Monday severely slowed I‑89 traffic for both the morning and evening commutes, affecting drivers between South Burlington and exits 15 and 17. One wreck on the Exit 15 off‑ramp and another multi‑car crash near the Winooski River bridge closed lanes and caused near‑standstill conditions before crews cleared the scenes.
