2 People Found Dead Inside Annandale Apartment: Police

ANNANDALE, VA — A man and woman were found dead inside an apartment in Annandale on Tuesday, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m., police said they were on the scene of a death investigation in the 4100 block of Wadsworth Court in Annandale.

At 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Fairfax County police said its detectives were continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

"The scene is contained to an apartment," police said. "There is no apparent threat to the community."

Autopsies are expected to be conducted on the man and the woman on Wednesday, police said.
