Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. An Annandale , located at 4401 Backlick Rd, was robbed during the holiday weekend. According to the Fairfax County Police Department Public Information Office, a man entered the bank on Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24 just after 11 a.m., implied he had a weapon and demanded money from a teller. The man then left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries during the robbery, but the suspect was described as around 20-years-old, between 170 and 180 pounds, and 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was wearing a black, collared jacket, a gray scarf, blue jeans, dark-colored sunglasses and a black hat.
