An Annandale businessman has been charged with embezzlement following an investigation by Fairfax County police.

Richard Lee, 51, of 12031 Lisa Marie Court, was charged with embezzlement on May 14, 2011 after police looked into allegations that he was keeping funds from clients who expected him to send money to their family in Korea. Clients gave Lee money and received a receipt, but through the course of their investigation, police determined the money never made it to anyone in Korea.
