Area Residents Invited to Learn More About New, Innovative Aging-in-Place Program
Goodwin House at Home Informational Seminars Scheduled

Falls Church, VA: Goodwin House at Home, a new program for individuals in Northern Virginia and DC who want to remain in their home as they age with a guarantee of the right amount of in-home health assistance, will be hosting information sessions in the Springfield, VA area in the coming weeks. This innovative program, designed for active adults 55 and older, is supported and managed by Goodwin House, a mission-driven, non-profit organization with two residential properties in Northern Virginia.
The following free events will offer refreshments and complimentary parking:

The Goodwin House at Home program focuses on health, wellness and sustaining an optimal lifestyle. When a member joins the program, they will have many of the benefits offered inside a retirement community while living in their own home. The following program benefits will be discussed at the information sessions:
· In-home care coordination by a Personal Resource Manager
· asset protection from flexible financial plans offering predictable and manageable fees that may be eligible for a medical tax deduction;
· the ability to have the program move with you either across town or out of state
· home safety inspection and home maintenance coordination
· a lifetime guarantee of care from an organization that has been supporting, honoring and uplifting the lives of older adults for close to 50 years.
