Bailey's Rotary Club donates $4,000 to local Food Pantries

The Bailey’s Crossroads Rotary Club donated $2,000 worth of non-perishable food from the Annandale Giant yesterday, June 8, and delivered it to the Annandale Christian Community for Action food pantry.
Rotarian Ben Hester, along with Brandon Hester ( Edison HS Senior), Tori Hester (Recent Christopher Newport University Graduate), and Gabby Hester (Edison HS Sophomore) made the purchase and did the delivery.
Thanks to the staff of Giant Foods for helping us.
Also on Monday, Bailey’s Crossroads Rotary Club purchased $2,000 worth of non Perishable food for the Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center in Falls Church
Rotarians Sarah Shannon and Dennis Shannon managed the purchase and loading of the van. Sarah also included a bag of face masks that her neighbor made for the center.
