Man Stabs Security Guard, Steals His Car In Annandale (Updates)
Police arrested a man after he carjacked a security guard and crashed the stolen car at an Annandale shopping center.

(Updated) ANNANDALE, VAāA man was arrested after attempting to flee a bank robbery and assault at an Annandale bank.
Fairfax County Police say the robbery happened at Little River Shopping Center. Around 9 a.m., the suspect attempted to carjack a woman, and a security guard stepped in to fight him off. The suspect took out a knife, stabbed the guard stole his keys. The suspect fled in a car with his dog. He ended up crashing into another car and a wall near a Safeway by John Marr Drive, then fled on foot.
Police arrested Kelly Christopher Robinson, 35, after he refused to cooperate with several officers and had to be tasered and pepper sprayed. The suspect was taken to the hospital for injuries sustained before police arrived. The victims have non-life-threatening injuries, and no police officers were injured. The dog, which police believe is a pitbull, is being taken to the Fairfax County Animal Shelter.
