Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. The body of a man was found in an Annandale home last night, <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post_now/post/body_found_sunday_night_in_fairfax_/2011/03/13/ABwO7SU_blog.html?wprss=post_now" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">the Washington Post reports</a>. According to the Post, the body was found in the 7200 block of Poplar Street at about 9 p.m. on Sunday, March 13 after Fairfax County police were alerted to the body's presence. "It was a vacant house and there doesn't appear to be any overt, suspicious circumstances involved with it," said officer Don Gotthardt with the Fairfax County Police Department. Gotthardt added that an autopsy will be performed and there is currently not much more information available as the investigation is still underway.
