Boy Charged For Sexually Assaulting Girls On School Bus: Police

Two elementary school students in Annandale had reported the sexual assaults to their parents.

ANNANDALE, VA—Fairfax County Police have charged a 12-year-old boy for alleged sexual assaults on a school bus in Annandale.

On Nov. 13, two female students at Camelot Elementary School reported to their parents that they'd been sexually assaulted by a boy on the bus. Detectives obtained juvenile petitions after investigating and consulting the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County.

Police served the juvenile petitions on Friday. The boy has been charged on juvenile petitions with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of object sexual penetration. He was processed at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center before being released to his parent.

His name will not be released due to his age.
