Learn how to make perilla kimchi and discover how perilla leaves can elevate your Korean BBQ nights. Event is hosted by Hands On Harvests, whose programs produce more fresh food for Northern Virginians. The instructor is Soomin Kim, owner of Annandale's Virginialicious.
After the cooking lesson, we'll feast! Potluck dishes do not have to be Korean -- just something you love and want to share. The event is free, but all attendees must use the link to register and sign up for a dish. More info is on the sign-up.
