Join the Potomac Polymer Clay Guild for the opening reception for the September/October show at the Craft Gallery of Artisans United on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:00. The Potomac Polymer Clay Guild is featured in addition to the permanent members of the Artisans United craft gallery. They are bringing some beautiful jewelry and decorative items, augmenting our stained glass, pottery, carved wood, painted objects, photography, paper-based crafts, needle-felting, several styles of jewelry, turned wood, and more, all handmade by local artists. We'll have craft demonstrations and light refreshments, and you will get to meet some of our artists.
The craft gallery is open from 10-4 on Tuesday through Saturday and 1-4 on Sunday. Visit us at 4022 Hummer Road, Annandale, in the Fred M. Packard Center in Annandale Community Park.

Haven is a nonprofit, nonsectarian community organization of trained volunteers that offers emotional support to the bereaved, the seriously ill, the dying and to their families and friends. Haven also provides education to the community about the needs of those who are grieving.
Since September 1976 Haven volunteers have helped individuals work through their grief, offering comfort and support by sharing insights, resources and techniques that encourage recovery and healing. Haven offers support to those who are grieving the loss of a loved one by suicide. Support is conducted by trained volunteers, not therapists. No cost to attend.
