Your Chance to “Complete the Circle” of Giving is Sunday Oct. 16! Register by Sept. 19!

Join Our Daily Bread (ODB) for a creative, inspirational service project event, ideal for students, families, congregations, employee groups, scouts, all ages!  On that afternoon on a large field in Fairfax, hundreds of community members will gather to create a unique “living painting” [design image at right], to be photographed from high above by Art for the Sky.

Participants are asked to register by Sept. 19 with a $15 donation for our event T-shirt that will “color the image” & to bring a food drive donation that day. To “complete the circle” of giving & hope, the food items collected will be incorporated as the perimeter of the painting. Family-friendly celebration with refreshments & live music by The Fretful Porcupine follows the photo shoot.

All groups of 20+ &  sponsors registered  by Sept. 19 will be listed on the T-shirts! All proceeds benefit Our Daily Bread’s efforts to help struggling families throughout our Fairfax County region.

www.ODBFairfax.org: Based in Fairfax, ODB serves working poor families residing in the Fairfax County area, who are struggling to make ends meet.  Our three core programs – Food, Financial Assistance and Financial Literacy – address short-term basic needs that often accompany job loss and medical emergencies, while also educating our clients so they achieve financial stability. We aim to help families avoid homelessness.
