Northern Virginia Community College’s Annandale Campus presents “Love and Affection: From Patriotism to Parenthood,” a concert performed by Bharati Soman, soprano. A gifted soprano with an enchanting voice, Soman will sing songs and arias about love. She has sung leading roles for many American companies and she is a Metropolitan Opera National Council Awards Pacific Region finalist. She also tours with the 7 Sopranos. Soman holds a Master of Music and Performer Diploma from Indiana University and she teaches at Fairfax High School.
