CrossFit Annandale is holding a charity event to support Mammograms in Action. This group provides funds for low-income and uninsured people to receive screening for breast cancer.
This event will be a CrossFit workout called Helen Meets Grace. People are invited to participate or spectate. This is a partner workout, so bring a friend. Those without a partner will be matched up at the event. Those wishing to participate should arrive no later than 9:30 to fill out registration forms and be assigned heats.
This event is free, but donations will be collected for the charity cause.
