Disney’s Aladdin, Jr.- Matinee

Disney’s Aladdin Jr. is a musical by composer Alan Menken and writer Howard Ashman, full of romance, adventure, and magic.  It takes place in Agrabah, a middle-Eastern city, where a poor boy from the streets – Aladdin – meets the beautiful Princess Jasmine.  He falls in love, but his problem is how to win her heart, when she can only marry a prince?  Add to that, the evil Jafar, plotting against Aladdin and determined to marry Jasmine and become Sultan himself.  Banished to a cave, Aladdin finds a magic lamp and – a Genie! – to grant him three wishes.  But Jafar steals the lamp and…well, we can’t give away the ending!  Families have loved the animated musical for years, and with an Oscar-winning musical score, comedy, and loads of colorful characters, Aladdin Jr. is a delight for audiences of all ages.
