The inmate has at the jail since Jan. 29 and has been placed in isolation since testing positive on March 30. According to a statement on the Sheriff's Office's website, officials will work with the count health department to identify anyone who has been in close contact with the inmate and who may be at an increased risk for contracting the virus.

"While we are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of illness, it is possible that additional cases will occur since individuals already could have been exposed," the statement said.
