The Bailey's Crossroad's Rotary Club celebrated its 39th birthday May 18 at the home of BXRC member Rob and Francine Cannon.
President Pat Borowski presented the BXRC Rotarian of the Year award to Jim Holcombe and the BXRC Citizen of the Year award to Dawn Sykes from Our Daily Bread. Fabio Zuluaga, Fairfax County Public Schools region 2 assistant superintendent, was made an honorary Rotarian. Roger and Neesa Hoskin and Bill Bailey received their Paul Harris Fellow Plus pins.
Birthday cake was served.
