Man Pistol-Whipped On Annandale Walking Path
Police are seeking two people for robbing and pistol-whipping a person walking alone in Annandale.

ANNANDALE, VA—Police are seeking two unknown people who robbed and pistol-whipped a man on a walking trail Sunday in Annandale. The victim was walking on a path around Little River Turnpike and Medford Drive when the two suspects approached at 2:30 a.m. They demanded items from the victim and pistol-whipped him, fleeing when they stole the items.
The victim received medical attention, but his injuries weren't serious. There are few details known about the suspects, who were wearing masks and dark clothing. Police have not made any arrests.

Burglary: 7448 Little River Turnpike (Dollar Tree), 1/28/18, around 3:00a.m. An employee reported that a Hispanic man, appearing to be in his 30’s, 5’3” tall, and of medium build, wearing blue jeans and a gray hooded sweatshirt was kicking the windows of the business. The man was able to break one of the windows and enter the business. The man did not take anything before he left the business.
