Updated: Man Robs Annandale CVS
The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash, but no on was harmed

An Annandale , located at 7859 Heritage Drive in Annandale, was robbed on Friday, Mar. 4, but no one was harmed during the robbery.

According to the news release from the Fairfax County Police Department, a 30-year-old CVS employee unlocked and entered the store around 7:35 a.m. when he was surprised by a man with a handgun as he attempted to re-lock the door. The suspect then forced his way inside the store and demanded money. The CVS employee complied and the suspect fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The employee was unharmed during the exchange. The suspect is described as black male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall. He was wearing a camouflaged, hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
