Man Stabbed With Box Cutter In Annandale
A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being stabbed with a box cutter in Annandale.

ANNANDALE, VA—A man suffered life-threatening injuries after being stabbed with a box cutter in Annandale over the weekend.
Around 6 p.m. on July 2, Fairfax County Police responded to the stabbing at Commons and Patriot Drives. Police determined a man had stabbed another with a box cutter, and an officer tended to the victim to stop the bleeding.

The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries but is expected to recover.
The suspect, Juan Vasquez-Garcia, 33, was arrested, charged with malicious wounding and taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
