Mask-Wearing Man Seen Outside Annandale Bank: Police

ANNANDALE, VA — Fairfax County Police said Tuesday they are investigating reports of a man seem wearing a mask and possibly carrying two guns outside an Annandale bank Monday.

Police say the man was seen in the 4100 block of Annandale Road Monday afternoon at about 4:17 p.m. Officers responded to the Cardinal Bank for the report of a man seen walking outside the bank, wearing a mask and possibly carrying two guns, according to police.

For unknown reasons the man abruptly left the area in a white van prior to police arrival. The van was later located abandoned a short distance away. It had been reported stolen in Baltimore County, police said.
