He is described as 6 foot, 215 pounds and with white hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion. He was last seen wearing a red or blue shirt and drives a blue Hyundai Accent w/ DC tags R35186. Police say he was traveling from Michigan. Robert Bumgarner, 73, was last heard from around 10 a.m. Monday likely near Gallows and Woodburn Roads in Annandale. He is considered endangered due to mental or physical health issues, police say.

He is described as 6 foot, 215 pounds and with white hair, brown eyes and a fair complexion. He was last seen wearing a red or blue shirt and drives a blue Hyundai Accent w/ DC tags R35186. Police say he was traveling from Michigan. Anyone who has information should call 703-691-2131.
