Mosque Vandalized In Annandale: Police

Police say a door had been broken but do not believe anything was stolen.

ANNANDALE, VA—Fairfax County Police say a mosque in Annandale was vandalized sometime in the last few days.

Police were notified when the president of the Mustafa Center found a broken rear door and wine bottle shattered onto a door. The vandalism happened between 9 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 18 and 6:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 20.

Nothing else was damaged, and police do not believe anything was stolen. No suspect information is available.
