Naked Man Kicks Officer During Annandale Arrest
The whole thing went down at 6 in the morning, Fairfax County Police say.
ANNANDALE, VA—Reports of a naked man in Annandale escalated into a chaotic arrest Tuesday.
Around 6:03 a.m., police responded to Guinea Road for several calls about a naked man. They located him in the area of Ann Fitz Hugh Drive and Charles Hawkins Way. When officers tried to take him into custody, he resisted and kicked one.
Richard Affourtit, 31, of Fairfax is charged with indecent exposure, drunk in public, resisting arrest, and two counts of assault on law enforcement.

He was held without bond. A court date is set for July 16.
