Owner of Annandale 'Doumi' Business to Be Sentenced

A man who prosecutors say ran a ‘doumi’ business in Annandale that harbored more then 25 illegal immigrants will be sentenced Friday.  

The Washington Post reports that the business employed provocatively dressed woman who were paid to flirt with customers for $70 an hour. The owner, Youn Sok Chang, recruited and employed undocumented woman from Korea.
