Police: Electronics, Handgun Reported Stolen from Homes
The following arrest information was supplied by the Fairfax County police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following items came from recent police updates through Sept. 7 from the West Springfield, Franconia and Mason District stations of the Fairfax County Police Department.
Burglary, 3900 block of Longstreet Court, Aug. 31, 4:30 p.m. Resident reported that someone entered the home and stole two iPads, two iPhones and jewelry. No signs of forced entry.
Burglary, 4900 block of Sunset Lane, Sept. 4. Resident reported home broken into, jewelry and a handgun stolen. No suspect information.

Larceny, 7000 block of Little River Turnpike, Aug. 27. A vehicle window was broken out and the purse in view was stolen from the vehicle.
Larceny, 4400 block of John Marr Drive, Aug. 27. A vehicle window was broken out; the cell phone and purse in view were stolen from the vehicle.
Larceny, 6900 block of Braddock Road, Aug. 28. Used cooking oil stolen from a restaurant.
Weapon Law Violation, 7200 block of Sipes Lane, Sept. 1. When several individuals known to each other began arguing, one brandished a machete at the others.

3800 block of Stuart Court—two back pack blowers and edge trimmer from vehicle

6800 block of Winter Lane—jewelry and medication from residence
4700 block of Parkman Court—tools from vehicle
