School Board Seeks to Fill Facilities Council Vacancy

The Fairfax County School Board is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Facilities Planning Advisory Council.

The vacancy is for the Providence District, which includes parts of the McLean, Marshall, Falls Church, Madison, Stuart, Woodson, Fairfax and Oakton high school districts. Find out if you live in the Providence District.

The term will last through June 2012, at which time reappointment may be considered. Applications will be accepted through Friday, Sept. 30. County public schools employees are not eligible to apply.
