Two Men Rob Annandale Bank

Two men robbed an Annandale this morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

Just before 11 a.m., two men entered the bank, located at 4401 Backlick Road, and one man gave a note to a teller that implied he had a weapon. The news release from the FCPD states the man then demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The second man served as a lookout during the robbery and left with the first man. Both suspects headed in the direction of John Marr Drive after leaving the bank. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspects are described as black, thin, and wearing all black clothing. One suspect is in his late 30s to 40, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall. The second suspect was described as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall.
