Weichert, Realtors' Annandale Office To Host Charity Bazaar To Benefit Our Daily Bread

Terri Lahlou, manager of the Weichert, Realtors Annandale office, is pleased to announce that her office will be hosting a Charity Bazaar on Saturday, October 17 (with a rain date of Saturday, October 24) from 10AM to 3PM at the Annandale office located at 6715 Little River Turnpike to benefit Our Daily Bread.

During the event, used items such as toys, books, clothing and household knick-knacks will be available for sale. All funds raised will go directly to Our Daily Bread to continue to help individuals and families within our community.

For over 30 years, Our Daily Bread has provided help and hope to struggling residents in the Fairfax County area. The organization began in 1984 as a temporary homeless shelter that rotated among many churches in the area. While many organizations and programs developed to assist the homeless, Our Daily Bread recognized a need that was going unmet – serving those families who, while not homeless, were in financial crisis and in danger of “falling through the cracks.” Our Daily Bread has continued to respond to this urgent need by providing emergency food, financial assistance and seasonal assistance, while also offering financial mentoring and instruction services so that the clients can develop a plan to move forward.
