2 Burglaries Reported In Williamsburg Neighborhood

ARLINGTON, VA -- A burglar or burglars broke into two homes in the Williamsburg neighborhood in North Arlington on Thursday, stealing items of value both times.

The first incident happened at around 1:20 p.m. in the 6300 block of 29th Street N, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.

"Upon arrival, it was determined that between 7:50 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a residence, causing damage, and stole numerous items of value," the report states. "There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing."

Another burglary was reported almost exactly an hour later in the 5600 block of 32nd Street N.

"Upon arrival, it was determined that between 10:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. an unknown suspect(s) forced entry to a residence, causing damage, and stole items of value," the report states. "There is no suspect description. The investigation is ongoing."
