Following a preliminary investigation, police determined that the two suspects had been arguing with an employee of the McDonald's restaurant on Wilson Boulevard after receiving an incorrect order at the drive-thru. The driver and passenger entered the restaurant to continue the argument and then began assaulting the employee, according to police.
